I have really taken a liking to the Belgian style Saison this season and one that has stuck is the Lighthouse Deckhand.
It is a beer that is great for backyard socializing and patio partying with friends. Great with BBQ Thai Wings!
The brew it’s self is sweeter and spicier than other Saisons I have tried with hints on brown sugar and cinnamon.
I would suggest to anyone to serve it chilled very well and pour it into a tulip style glass for it to breathe. I do warn anyone enjoying it in the sun to drink it with respect and pride as it is an 8%alc beer and goes down far to well.
